Organizations

Zoos, aquariums, museums, schools, universities, NGOs, community groups and businesses are the backbone of IYBats. Here is how to plug in.

Put your events on the map

Every IYBats event — from a single bat walk to a week-long festival — belongs on the global calendar. It’s free, and it lets audiences and press find you. Submit an event.

Use the toolkit and brand

Download the communication toolkit, key messages, logos in multiple languages, social-media templates and Zoom backgrounds from Resources. Use the IYBats logo alongside your own on event materials.

Run a bat festival

A step-by-step guide to putting on a bat festival — venue, programme, partners, safety, promotion — is coming to this page. In the meantime, contact us and we will connect you with organisers who have done it.

Become a partner or sponsor

Partner organisations are recognised on this website and in campaign materials. Sponsors fund outreach grants, student travel, equipment and prizes. Sponsorship opportunities →
