Here&#8217;s how anyone can take part in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Go to an event.<\/strong> Bat walks, festivals and talks are happening everywhere \u2014 check the <a href=\"\/es\/events\/\">global calendar<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Host your own.<\/strong> A bat night in your garden, a talk at your library, a bat-themed art evening. <a href=\"\/es\/events\/submit-an-event\/\">Add it to the calendar<\/a> so others can join.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Learn and share.<\/strong> Use our <a href=\"\/es\/toolkit\/\">key messages<\/a> to talk about bats accurately and positively \u2014 and skip the myths.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Give bats a home.<\/strong> Plant night-blooming flowers, keep mature trees, put up a bat box, reduce pesticide use, and turn off unnecessary outdoor lights.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Live safely alongside bats.<\/strong> Bats are shy, non-aggressive animals.
